1. Scope

DigCompSci: Journal of Digital Computer Science and Informatics accepts manuscripts in the field of computer science and informatics, including but not limited to: information systems, artificial intelligence, data science, software engineering, cybersecurity, computer networks, and other relevant digital technologies.

2. Types of Manuscripts

This journal accepts:

• Research articles

• Literature reviews

• Case studies or application development papers

3. General Requirements

• Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• Articles must be written in proper Indonesian or English.

• Submissions must use the official DigCompSci journal template provided by the editorial team.

4. Manuscript Structure

Typical structure includes:

• Title (maximum 14 words)

• Author name(s) and affiliation(s)

• Abstract (150–250 words in both Indonesian and English)

• Keywords (3–5 keywords)

• Introduction

• Literature Review (may be merged with Introduction if concise)

• Methodology

• Results and Discussion

• Conclusion

• Acknowledgments (optional)

• References

5. Formatting Guidelines

• Article length: 6–15 pages

• File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

• Paper size: A4

• Margin: Normal (2.54 cm on all sides)

• Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt

• Line spacing: 1.15

6. Citation Style

• Reference style follows IEEE Style (or other style agreed by the editorial team).

• Use of reference management tools like Mendeley or Zotero is highly recommended.

7. Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% will be returned to the authors for revision.

8. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.

9. Copyright and License

Authors agree that accepted articles will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
